By placing an order through Shutters In-Room Dining at InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ordering

    • All orders must be placed through the Shutters digital platform or by contacting the in-room dining team directly.

    • Orders are subject to availability and menu changes without prior notice.

  1. Delivery

    • In-room dining orders will be delivered to the room number provided at the time of order.

    • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance; actual delivery times may vary depending on hotel occupancy and kitchen operations.

  1. Payment

    • Payment must be made at the time of order via the approved payment methods on the platform.

    • Charges will appear on your hotel folio or as otherwise agreed at the time of ordering.

  1. Cancellations & Modifications

    • Orders can be modified or cancelled through the platform or by contacting the in-room dining team prior to preparation.

    • Once an order has been prepared, it may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

  1. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

    • Guests must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order.
