Belvedere x Shutters

A small collaboration, made for slow afternoons by the sea.

There's a quiet kind of luxury in keeping things simple — good ingredients, a beautiful setting, and time to enjoy them. It's something we share with Belvedere, which is why their cocktails feel so at home at Shutters this season.

For a limited run, we're pouring three Belvedere creations alongside our Mediterranean menu — perfect for a pre-dinner moment at the bar, an afternoon spent watching the light shift over Coogee, or a long, leisurely meal that finishes with something a little special.

On the menu

The Dirty Martini — $18 Belvedere Dirty Brew coffee, espresso and a touch of simple syrup. A coffee martini with depth and balance.

Belvedere Grapefruit Spritz — $22 Belvedere Organic Vodka, dry wine, pink grapefruit and thyme, lengthened with soda and tonic. Bright, herbaceous, and made for sunshine.

Belvedere 10 Luxury Martini — $40 Belvedere 10, dry vermouth, sea salt and olive oil. Quietly luxurious — a martini stripped back to its essentials, and all the better for it.
